When will I receive my Pre-Order?
- Pre-ordered item(s) will take about 5-10 business days for us to receive after being released in Korea. We will do our very best to fulfill your orders once we receive them. If any unforeseen events happen, we will update you through email.

What is your return policy?
- You may return item(s) with its original packaging (unopened and sealed) within 7 days of when it was delivered. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.
